Privacy

We don't keep your palm photo, birth details or report. They are used only to create your reading and are permanently deleted once it is delivered or abandoned. Payments are processed by Stripe and email is sent through Resend, which keep their own records.

What we don't store

We do not store palm photos, birth details, home details, questions or reports.

How your data is used

Your inputs are used only to create your reading. After you pay, they are held encrypted only until your report is delivered, then deleted. If you don't complete payment, they are deleted within 2 hours.

In your browser

Your answers are held in your browser only until you close the tab, or immediately with "Start over / clear my data".

Service providers

AI provider: processes your inputs to write your reading, without training on them.
Stripe: processes payments and keeps payment records, including your email.
Resend: sends your report email and may keep delivery logs and a copy of sent emails under its own policy.
Cloudflare: provides hosting and bot protection.

No accounts or tracking

Destiny Reading has no accounts and does no identity tracking.

Children

Our service is not for anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to complain to a data protection authority. Because we keep no copy of your data, there is usually nothing for us to return or delete; records held by Stripe or Resend can be requested from them, and we will help where we can.
