FAQ

BaZi (Four Pillars) is a Chinese system that maps your birth year, month, day and hour into elements. We compute your chart precisely in code.

We read three pillars instead of four and say so in your report.

We don't keep your palm photo, birth details or report. They are used only to create your reading and are permanently deleted once it is delivered or abandoned. Payments are processed by Stripe and email is sent through Resend, which keep their own records.

By email, within minutes of payment. Check your spam folder and save the email — we keep no copy and cannot resend it.

All sales are final once payment completes, except if generation or delivery fails, in which case you are refunded automatically.

No. Readings are for entertainment only and are not medical, legal or financial advice.
